For whatever reason…I’m not a big ham person. Don’t know why. I never mind it when I actually eat it. But for some reason I never sit around my house thinking “you know, I could really go for some ham right about now.†HOWEVER. That is certainly not a deterrent when it comes to Project Don’t Starve. Because did you know…you can crockpot cook a ham? I did not know this. But I am intrigued. So let’s try.
Week 7: Crock Pot Glazed Ham
Equipment:
Crock pot
Electric fry pan
Base Food:
Crock Pot Glazed Ham
Recipe (adapted from here)

4 lb spiral cut ham

1/2 cup brown sugar
-
1/2 cup pure maple syrup do not use artificially flavored pancake syrup

1/2 cup pineapple juice
Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Place ham in pot. Cover with brown sugar. Drizzle maple syrup and pineapple juice over top.
