I love these crockpot recipes that are a little different. Cranberry chicken recommended by Colleen? Well. That certainly sounds different enough for me. Here we go!
Week 5: Cranberry Chicken
Equipment:
Crock pot

Cranberry Chicken
Recipe (inspired byColleen)

4-6 chicken breasts, trimmed

1 can cranberry sauce
-
2 cups French dressing
-
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-
salt and pepper to taste
Combine cranberry sauce, liquids, and spices in crock pot. Add chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Shred and return to crock pot.

-Bread
Meal 2: Sandwiches

-Swiss cheese

What did we think?
Not bad. Would not make again. Overall it was kind of a super odd flavor. I think it would be better with non-creamy French dressing.
